If you contact us via a form or by email, we process your name, email address and message to handle the enquiry. Delivery is handled technically by our provider Resend, Inc. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR.

All watches are made to order. To handle your request we process your contact, billing and shipping data. Payment is made by invoice / bank transfer; we do not collect payment data (e.g. card numbers) via the website. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of contract).

Images and media may be delivered via a content delivery service (e.g. Cloudflare) to improve load times, which may process your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
