1-year warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on material and workmanship defects, including free repair or replacement. Water resistance is reviewed case by case.
Payment after quality check
You pay only once your watch has passed final inspection and you are satisfied — no risk paying in advance.
30-day returns
Test the aura of your watch risk-free. Should it fail to convince, we take it back within 30 days. For bespoke pieces we agree the terms personally in advance.
Free EU shipping
Insured and free of charge within the European Union. Made to order, delivery usually 4–6 weeks from approval.
