Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. In addition, we voluntarily grant a 30-day right of return.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Christian Wahnsiedler – Custom Watches by Christian Wahnsiedler, Markgrafendamm 33, 10245 Berlin, Germany, email: cwcustomwatches@gmail.com, phone: +49 173 412 5665) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email). Sending the notification in good time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment as in the original transaction. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please arrange returns with us in advance and send them to the address above.
Voluntary 30-day return
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, you may return non-personalised items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Please contact us by email in advance to arrange the return.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive (bespoke commissions, § 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
